I started a new project yesterday with this still-unnamed houseplant. I see it at the farmer's market every week- a woman with a very heavy German accent sells them in all different varieties. One she has that I will someday buy is a silvery-light pink variety. Mine is hot pink and dark purple with some silver highlights. When it blooms the little flowers are a bright royal purple with two little white stamen-looking things. Maybe I should just ask her what it's called.
Well if my self-endeavored little craft is still alive in a few weeks I will take some photos of it for you all.
