I, for one, cannot wait for May. May conjures mental images of flowers, balmy nights and breezy days. In SB it also means the begining of our June gloom but I like the fog and- a girl can dream.
So in honor of May I am hosting another photo carnival. Please feel free to participate and I will include all the best submissions in a Friday, May 1 edition.
The theme is
"April showers bring May ________."
No need to go with the obvious- get creative!
If you participated last time please note the format is a little different. I am using the actual carnival site to manage submissions. To participate please post your submission photo and content in a blog post at your own blog and then turn in the link to your post here at blog carnival. Please turn in your content no later than Friday, May 1 at 11:00am PST.
The Fern and Mossery Carnival

This is random, but at my high school, May Day was celebrated with May Pole and all. 10th graders dance the May Pole, and yes, in 10th grade, I did the May Pole too. Thankfully no one knocked herself out that year. If you've not seen a dance, you should - it's interesting.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to think about what May means to me here in Texas.
That sounds too fun! I would love to try it. Actually- I guess I'd rather just see it. haha.
ReplyDeleteI do so love that picture. Lets hope the weather settles down. Very variable here in the UK this month.
